  Very good customer service. The website only had an option for 7 seat SUV and that's what I got. I asked if they have any 8 seat car and they did. They rushly get the car to be cleaned and swapped it for me. No extra charge and with a smile.

  If you drop off after hours, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. They WILL charge you extra for fuel even if you drop it off full. I am currently the third review reporting this. Google "avis overcharge" for more info.
  
  When I called they said (seriously) "You have to tell us that it's full, otherwise you'll be charged." ??? They will not refund you even if they say they will, so dispute the charge with your bank right away.
