  As an experienced floater, I didn’t particularly enjoy my experience and will not recommend any friends to go to Cloud Nine. When I went, the place was dirty and dingy and I was never able to really even come close to relaxing during my session or post session in the “reflection area” which is just a busy lobby.
  
  The website is also difficult to navigate and I never knew how much my session was going to be until after I had floated - they didn’t ask to prepay for my float and my reflection and recovery time was interrupted many times being asked to pay.
  
  This place has a ton of potential and can do so much better than what they currently are.
