  I have never had a good or enjoyable experience with Pollard Jeep. Just feelings of being stressed and cheated. If you don’t care about a ridiculous mark up on pricing, and have all the time in the world to get whatever you need done, then this is your place.
  
  I made an appointment a week in advance for 9:00am to get a seat belt recall part replaced. The receptionist told me the part was already here and so it would only take 1 hour, 2 hours tops. I drop it off at 9:00 and hear nothing for hours. Noon rolls around and I call. They transfer me to service and no one answers so I leave a voicemail. 40 more minutes go by with no call back. So I call again and Josh tells me that they still hadn’t even looked at my car. What’s the point of even making an appointment then?? I could’ve been using my time and car all morning getting things done and then brought it in at 1:00 if they were going to completely disregard my vehicle this way. This was my only day off for awhile. I had errands across towns I had to do. I expected to have my car by 11....didn’t get it until 2:30.
  
  And I overheard in the lounge, when waiting, that they were going to charge the guy next to me $60 for a part I had literally bought at O’Reillys two days prior for $3. Reminded me of my first visit to Pollard; when they tried charging me $70 for ONE basic conventional oil change (I have a base model Jeep, I’ve never paid more than $30 for a single oil change..) and $700+ for brake service I got done at Just Brakes later that day for under $200.
  
  They’re nice people, but explore your options for service work before defaulting to Pollard.

  I very rarely feel compelled to leave reviews; I think I have done it twice on Google. I brought my Wrangler in to get it serviced Friday morning, and was unable to pick it up Friday night cause work went to late. I though, no big deal, I'll pick it up Saturday morning. Lo and behold, Pollard Jeep's service department is closed on Saturdays, and none of the sales managers could get in to get me my keys. Now one might say "well why did you just assume their service department was open on Saturday?" I might respond, "because every other car dealership in Boulder has its service department on Saturday (you can check, I did)." It's absolutely ludicrous the level of disdain towards customer service and availability Pollard has.
