  I visit Seb's regularly when they're in Gunbarrel near Spine and 63rd. Excellent pizza, very fast, and organic. Prices are great for what you receive. The crust is fantastic, just the right amount of chew. The sauce is proportioned well and doesn't take over nor get lost in other flavors. Everything tastes very fresh - the fresh tomatoes in particular are excellent (it can be hard to find good tomatoes on a pizza elsewhere!) I prefer the margarita pizza, but I always request that the basil be added after coming from the oven so it doesn't get cooked. They are always happy to accommodate my request. I've tried quite a few places for pizza in the Boulder area but Seb's is still one of my favorites!
